Ayam Bakar Padang

Ok.. now I will give you a recipes from our beloved city "Sumatra"
Ayam bakar Padang is one of most favorite menu an Indonesian.
now let us see how to make this food.


Ingredients :

1 chicken, cut in four part
1 stem of kayu manis
3 pcs clove
5 pcs orange leaf
1/2 pcs turmeric leaf
2 stem lemongrass
3 tbsp oil
500 ml coconut milk squeezed
100 ml thick coconut milk squeezed

Flafour :
4 pcs red chili
3 clove white onion
4 clove red onion
1/2 tbsp coriander
1/2 tsp sweet dill
1/2 tsp caraway seed
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cm ginger
2 cm ginger plant
3 cm curcumae
3 pcs kemiri

How to make :
Boil all flavour with oil, add kayu manis,clove,orane leaf, curcumae, and turmeric leaf until the smell is good and ripe.
Add chicken,boil with all flavour until half of ripe.
Add coconut milk squeezed,boil with small fire and wait until the water is litle.
add thick coconut milk squeezed, boil witha small fire until dry take away and put until cold.
after that, smear he chicken with remnant of flavour, so burn it until yellowish.
and the last serve it with rice.

Hot And Sour Chicken

Ingredients :

150 gr chicken, cut in small
200 gr potato, cut 1x1 cm
200 ml water
1 pcs onion leaf cut small
2 pcs lime
1 pcs tomato, cut small
10 pcs chili
1/2 tbsp salt

Smooth flavour :
6 pcs red chili
6 pcs red onion
3 pcs kemiri
2 cm gingger

How to make :
1. Boil the smooth flavour and tomatoes until ripe. Add potatoes, stir until the colour has changed, add chicken and stir slowly until the colour has changed.
2. Add salt and lime water
3. Add water and boil it. Sowing it with onion leaf and red chili. Boil until the flavour absorbed.
4. Serve it when hot

Italian Fried Rice

Hello..
I'm sorry I cant post last week. But now I'm promise, I write my new recipes for the fried rice maniac. This one special for you because we use the italian flafour, ht can make a mew taste for you.
Lets check it out.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp margarine
20 gr bombay onion, cut in small
50 gr red paprica, cut in small
50 gr green paprica, cut in small
100 gr mushroom
3 tbsp tomato sauce
3 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1 pcs bayleaf
1/2 tsp papper
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
300 gr white rice

Omelete :
2 pcr chicken egg
1 tbsp milk cream
1/2 tsp papper
1 tsp salt

How to make :
1. Boil the bombay onion, tomato sauce and chili sauce until the smell is good. Add mushroom, basil, oregano, red paprica and green paprica fried it in a few minute.
2. Add rice and stir it. Add salt, sugar and papper then stir it again until dry after that put on the plate.
3. Make the omelete. Stir eggs, milk cream, papper and salt so boil it usually.
4. Put the omelete on fried rice and serve it.

Beef Spaghetti

This menu is the most favorite food in western.
Especially Italia.
The italian was very like it so much.
But dont worry we are as Indonesian can eat it without going to Italia.
Just make it by our self in our beloved kitchen.
Okay now are you ready to make it together?
All right..
Lets prepare our self for begining to make it.

Ingredients :
1 package of instant spaghetti ( boil it with 1 tsp oil )
250 gr meat or beef and cut slightly
1 pcs bombay onion, cut slightly
8 pcs white onion, cut roughly
3 pcs big red chili
5 pcs fine chili
1 pcs paprica
3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
2 pcs carrot, cut as small
1 pcs radish cut as small
100 gr shrimp
Water enaughly
Salt enaughly
Sugar eaughly

How to make :

1. Fry the white onion, bombay onion, red chili, fine chili and paprika with small fire until the smell is good.
2. Add carrot, radish on fried.
Input the spaghetti and then shrimp and meat or beef.
3. Add tomato sauce and chili sauce so stir it.
4. Add water, salt and sugar enaughly stir it again. Wait a minute and stir again. After all the flafour has average.
6. After that, put that delicious spaghetti on beautiful plate. And the spaghetti ready to dish.

Peel And Bean Soup

Ingredients :

  • 250 gr peel of cow, cut 2 cm and boil until ripe

  • 1 pcs white tofu, cut as dice and fried in half coocked

  • 2 pcs orange leaf
  • 2 pcs ginger plant rough chopped
  • 2 tbsp tamarind water
  • 4 tbsp oil for fried
  • 1 tsp salt

Spices :

  • 6 pcs red onion
  • 3 pcs white onion
  • 3 grain kemiri fried wihout oil
  • 2 pcs kluak, take the inside and remain in hot water
  • 1 cm turmeric
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pcs roasted terasi

How To Make :

  1. Boil kidney bean, salam leaf and turmeric until ripe.
  2. Fried spices, chili and orange leaf until the smell is good.
  3. Input to kidney bean boil. Add peel, tamarind water and boil again until spices absorbed.
  4. Input green bean, green tomatoes and tofu.
  5. bil until the vegetables wilted. Lift and serve.

This is one of my favorite menus because I can eat many peel and vegetables I like it very much but if you dont like the peel you can change the peel with other such as meat, or other you want. And if you a vegetarian, you can put the other vegetables too.

Ingredients:
