Ayam Bakar Padang

Ayam bakar Padang is one of most favorite menu an Indonesian.

Ingredients :

1 chicken, cut in four part
1 stem of kayu manis
3 pcs clove
5 pcs orange leaf
1/2 pcs turmeric leaf
2 stem lemongrass
3 tbsp oil
500 ml coconut milk squeezed
100 ml thick coconut milk squeezed

Flafour :
4 pcs red chili
3 clove white onion
4 clove red onion
1/2 tbsp coriander
1/2 tsp sweet dill
1/2 tsp caraway seed
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cm ginger
2 cm ginger plant
3 cm curcumae
3 pcs kemiri

How to make :
Boil all flavour with oil, add kayu manis,clove,orane leaf, curcumae, and turmeric leaf until the smell is good and ripe.
Add chicken,boil with all flavour until half of ripe.
Add coconut milk squeezed,boil with small fire and wait until the water is litle.
add thick coconut milk squeezed, boil witha small fire until dry take away and put until cold.
after that, smear he chicken with remnant of flavour, so burn it until yellowish.
and the last serve it with rice.
